I am a final-year Computer Science and Technology student at Tsinghua University. I have an academic foundation built on coursework in areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Mining, Web Development (Frontend), Operating Systems, and Data Structures.
My research focus for my thesis project is Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) optimization, specifically enhancing retrieval precision and efficiency within the SAGE-RAG framework. I am supervised by Prof. Guoliang Li, Database Research Group, Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University.
The SAGE-RAG framework, developed by the Database Research Group, improves the precision of RAG by integrating techniques such as Semantic Segmentation, Gradient-Based Chunk Selection, and Self-Feedback Mechanisms. For my research contribution, I proposed Multi-Hop Retrieval and Tree-Organized Retrieval optimization techniques to enhance cross-document reasoning and structured knowledge retrieval. These optimizations are designed to improve tasks such as open-domain question answering (QA), long-form text generation, and multi-hop reasoning, ensuring better retrieval recall and context-aware response generation.
I am from Bangkok, Thailand, but currently based in Beijing, China.
